HFU Senior Mia Peahota Wins Greenspan Scholarship

Mia Peahota, a senior majoring in history at Holy Family University, has received the 2024 Greenspan Scholarship from the Sons of the American Revolution, a $2,000 scholarship established by F. Russell and Ruth Greenspan. Russell Greenspan was a Past President of the Philadelphia Continental Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution (PCCSAR).

The competitive scholarship is available to college or university students entering the fall term of the academic year in which they expect to receive a baccalaureate degree and are majoring or minoring in American history, American government, or a related field. Mia Peahota is the third Holy Family University student in a row to win the scholarship, after Kevin Flynn in 2022 and Sarah Schreiber in 2023.
